The Xentegrity High-Shear Homogenizer Pump is engineered for intensive inline mixing, emulsification, dispersion, and homogenization applications. Using high-shear processing, the system is designed to rapidly combine product streams, break down agglomerates, reduce particle or droplet size, and create a smooth, consistent, and uniform finished product.
Its inline configuration allows the homogenizer to be integrated directly into a processing system for continuous product circulation or transfer, making it an excellent complement to mixing tanks and other processing vessels. Each system is configured around the customer’s product characteristics, required throughput, and desired finished consistency.

High-Shear Homogenization
Designed to create intensive shear for particle and droplet reduction, helping produce a finer and more uniform finished product.
Emulsification
Ideal for applications requiring the combination of immiscible liquid phases, helping create stable and consistent emulsions when used with an appropriate formulation and process.
Dispersion & Deagglomeration
Helps break apart agglomerates and distribute powders, solids, and other ingredients more uniformly throughout the liquid phase.
Inline Product Circulation
The pump-style configuration allows the homogenizer to be incorporated into a recirculation loop with a mixing vessel, providing repeated high-shear processing until the desired product consistency is achieved.
At Xentegrity, each homogenizer system is engineered around the customer’s specific product and processing requirements rather than a one-size-fits-all configuration.
Systems can be manufactured in 304 or 316L stainless steel and configured with sanitary connections, mobile stainless-steel frames with casters, VFD speed control, and other application-specific components.
Motor size, operating speed, sanitary connection size, materials of construction, controls, and overall configuration can be selected around the customer’s product, viscosity, required flow rate, batch size, processing method, and desired finished consistency.
The homogenizer can be supplied as a standalone processing unit or integrated with a Xentegrity mixing tank as part of a complete processing system.
